Cookie Choice Notice

Strictly necessary technologies support security, session, cart, checkout and core website functions. Optional analytics, functionality or advertising technologies will be used only when installed and, where consent is required, after an appropriate choice is provided.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, software-development kits and device identifiers. They may remember a session, protect a transaction, measure performance or support a feature.

2. Who places them

A first-party technology is set by the Company website. A third-party technology is set or read by a service provider, such as a payment, hosting, security, analytics, customer-support, video, social-media or advertising provider. Third parties process information under their own terms and privacy notices as well as the Company’s contractual controls where applicable.

3. Cookie categories

Strictly necessary

Used for security, fraud prevention, load balancing, session management, shopping cart, checkout, consent records and core functions requested by the user. Blocking these may prevent the website from operating correctly.

Functional

Used to remember optional preferences or provide enhanced features, such as language, location, recently viewed products or chat settings.

Analytics and performance

Used to understand visits, navigation, errors and performance, often through aggregated or pseudonymous statistics, so that the website can be improved.

Advertising and marketing

Used, where enabled, to measure campaigns, limit repetition, understand conversions or support relevant advertising or remarketing.

4. The actual cookie list

The Company will not publish an invented or static list of technologies. The website’s cookie banner or preference centre should identify the categories and providers actually in use and should be updated when tools are added, removed or reconfigured. The developer must complete a live cookie and tracker audit before launch and after material changes.

5. Your choices

6. Consent and withdrawal

Where applicable law requires consent for a non-essential technology, that category should not activate before the user makes the relevant choice. Optional categories must not be preselected. A user may withdraw a choice through the preference centre, without affecting processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

Strictly necessary technologies are used to provide requested functions, maintain security or record preferences and are not controlled through an optional marketing-consent box.

7. Duration

Session cookies expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until deleted. Duration depends on purpose and provider. The Company aims not to retain identifiers longer than reasonably necessary and expects the live preference centre to show available duration information.

8. Payments, delivery and embedded services

When you use payment, tracking, maps, video, chat, social-media or another embedded service, the provider may use technologies necessary for that service. Review the provider’s notice before supplying information directly to it. Rejecting optional cookies should not disable a payment or delivery function that is strictly necessary to complete a requested transaction.

9. Browser signals

Browser “Do Not Track” and similar signals are not implemented uniformly. The Company will follow applicable legal requirements and the choices offered through its preference mechanism. Browser-level blocking may be used independently.

10. Security and privacy

Cookie and device information may be used to protect accounts, detect fraud, secure payments, maintain sessions and diagnose technical problems. Personal data associated with these technologies is handled under the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to this Policy

The Company may update this Policy when website technology, providers, purposes or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. The live preference centre should reflect the current implementation even where this explanatory Policy remains unchanged.

12. Contact

Questions about cookies or privacy may be sent to info@foodoswellness.com. Customer care / order support remains available at info@foodoswellness.com and +91 9677989360.
