FOODOS WELLNESS INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) owns or operates Company websites, online stores and digital services and markets products under brands including U·360™. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company handles personal data when you browse a Company website, create an account, place an order, subscribe to communications, contact us, submit feedback or otherwise interact with the Company online.

This Policy is intended to be read with the Terms and Conditions, Cookie Policy and any specific notice displayed at the point where information is collected. It applies to digital interactions covered by the websites or services that link to it. A third-party website, marketplace or service has its own privacy practices unless the Company expressly states otherwise.

1. Personal data we may collect

Identity and contact data, such as name, billing address, delivery address, email address and mobile number.
Account and authentication data, such as login details, account preferences and security records, where account functionality is provided.
Order and transaction data, such as products ordered, order value, invoice details, payment status, transaction reference, delivery status, returns, replacements, refunds and support history.

Marketing consent is separate from ordering. You may place an order without agreeing to promotional email or WhatsApp communications. Consent-based preferences may be withdrawn without affecting processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

The Company will apply the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as and when the relevant provisions apply, together with other applicable information-technology, consumer and sectoral laws.

5. When and why we share personal data

We share personal data only to the extent reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, including with:

Payment gateways, banks, payment aggregators, fraud-prevention and transaction-verification providers.
Courier, logistics, fulfilment, warehousing and address-verification providers.

The Company does not knowingly seek to profile children or send targeted advertising to children. A parent or lawful guardian should place an order on behalf of a minor.
