Mandatory Checkout Acceptance
I agree to the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Shipping and Delivery Policy and the Cancellation, Return, Refund and Replacement Policy.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Company websites, online stores and digital services operated by FOODOS WELLNESS INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including www.foodoswellness.com and www.u360.in. U·360™ is one of the Company’s brands; it is not a separate legal entity.
By using a Company website or placing a direct online order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service or place an order. Purchases from an independent marketplace, retailer or distributor are governed by that seller’s terms in addition to applicable law.
1. Eligibility and permitted use
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order independently.
- Company online stores are intended primarily for genuine end-use purchases. Bulk, wholesale, export or resale orders may require separate written commercial terms.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep account credentials secure.
- You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful activity.
2. Company, brands and product roles
FOODOS WELLNESS INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is the website operator and, where products are sold directly through a Company online store, the legal seller and invoice issuer. The Company markets products under brands including U·360™.
Manufacturing, importing, packing or licensing details may vary by product and are stated on the product label and relevant product page. A brand name is not a substitute for the legal identity of the seller, manufacturer or marketer.
3. Product information and regulatory categories
The Company aims to present product names, images, composition, category, net quantity, directions, warnings, price and availability accurately. Packaging or presentation may change where legally permitted without altering the essential product purchased. Colour, size and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, lighting, batches or natural-product characteristics.
Products may fall under different regulatory categories, including Ayurvedic products, foods, health supplements, cosmetics or personal-care products. The statutory label, pack declarations, directions, warnings and category-specific statements for the particular product prevail over general website content.

4. Prices, taxes and charges
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless another currency is clearly stated. The checkout page will display the product price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and other compulsory charges before you confirm the order.
The Company may correct an obvious pricing, tax, stock or technical error before dispatch. If an affected paid order cannot be fulfilled on the corrected basis, the Company will contact you and, where appropriate, cancel the order and initiate a refund.
5. Order placement, acceptance and cancellation by the Company
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement or payment confirmation does not by itself guarantee acceptance or availability. The Company accepts an order when it confirms fulfilment or dispatch, unless the applicable communication states otherwise.
The Company may reject or cancel an order for stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, incorrect product or price information, serviceability limitations, duplicate orders, abuse of offers or another legitimate reason. Any amount received for a cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with the Payment and Transaction Policy.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by authorised third-party providers. You must use a payment instrument that you are authorised to use and must not share OTP, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials with anyone claiming to represent the Company.
Payment status, pending transactions, duplicate debits and refunds are governed by the Payment and Transaction Policy.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery is available only to serviceable destinations shown at checkout. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by logistics, weather, public events, regulatory restrictions or circumstances beyond reasonable control. 8. Cancellation, returns, replacement and refunds
Customer cancellations are generally accepted only before dispatch. Because foods, supplements, Ayurvedic products, cosmetics and personal-care products require hygiene, safety and traceability controls, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted, particularly for opened, used or tampered products.
This does not limit statutory rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, expired, incorrect, short-delivered, spurious, materially misdescribed or otherwise not in conformity with the order or applicable law. 9. Promotions, coupons and bundles
Promotional codes, gifts, bundles, loyalty benefits or limited-time offers are subject to the conditions stated with the offer. Unless expressly permitted, offers cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. The Company may withdraw an offer in case of error, misuse, fraud or legal restriction without affecting completed lawful transactions.
10. Reviews, feedback and user content
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, question or other content, you confirm that it is genuine, lawful, relevant and does not infringe another person’s rights or disclose confidential or sensitive information without authority.
The Company may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, promotional, irrelevant or fraudulent content. The Company will not create or publish false consumer reviews. Where you grant permission for promotional use of your content, the scope of that permission will be explained at the point of collection or agreed separately.
11. Intellectual property
Company and brand names, trademarks, logos, product names, packaging, website design, text, photographs, graphics, videos, formulations, Matrix Ingredient terminology and other materials are owned by or licensed to the Company or relevant rights holder. No licence is granted except the limited right to access the website for lawful personal use.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected material without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
12. Third-party links and services
Links or integrations relating to payment, delivery, social media, maps, video or third-party content are provided for convenience. The Company is not responsible for a third party’s independent terms, content, availability, security or conduct, subject to applicable law.
13. Availability, security and suspension
The Company may maintain, update, secure, restrict or temporarily suspend a website or account where reasonably necessary. Continuous, error-free or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. You must not interfere with security or attempt to bypass access controls.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from website unavailability, third-party networks, misuse of the website or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for defective, deficient, unsafe, misdescribed or unfairly supplied goods or services.
15. Indemnity for misuse
You are responsible for loss directly caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not impose liability beyond what is permitted by law or restrict a consumer’s statutory rights.
16. Privacy and communications
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Transactional communications may be sent for order, payment, delivery, safety, recall, support or legal purposes. Promotional communications are subject to separate preference and opt-out controls.
17. Changes to these Terms
The Company may update these Terms prospectively. The current version and effective date will be posted on the website. Material changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an order already accepted, except where a change is required by law.
18. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern through the Company’s grievance mechanism. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction and other applicable law, courts at Puducherry will have jurisdiction.
